Evaluasi Usability Aplikasi Livin By Mandiri Menggunakan Metode User Experience Questionnaire
The application of information technology is currently increasingly important because it can provide benefits in all fields. Mobile banking is the use of information technology in the financial sector. The mobile banking application must be user friendly so that it makes it easier for application users to access the available features. This research aims to measure the level of satisfaction of users of the Livin by Mandiri application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The number of users of the Livin' by Mandiri application has exceeded 10 million. Determining the sample of respondents using the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 10% resulted in 272 people. UEQ has 6 scales (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty) and 26 questions with 7 answer choices using a score of 1-7. Based on the results of calculations using the UEQ method, the scales for 5 scales are in the excellent category (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation) and 1 scale is in the good (novelty) category.
