Pengaruh Suasana Toko Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Kopi Kenangan Di Kota Pekanbaru
Customer visits to a coffee shop, apart from wanting to enjoy food or drink products, consumers also expect a different experience. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of shop atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan in Pekanbaru City. The research sample consisted of 50 people determined by accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed directly to consumers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results found that shop atmosphere and service quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with memorable coffee. A comfortable store atmosphere and fast and friendly service have been proven to increase consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between shop atmosphere on consumer satisfaction with memorable coffee. The better the shop atmosphere, the more consumer satisfaction will increase. In addition, the study also revealed that service quality has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Improved service quality leads to higher levels of consumer satisfaction.
