Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Penggilingan Padi Di Kecamatan Bunga Raya Kabupaten Siak (Studi Kasus Penggilingan Padi X)
Rice milling represents a crucial stage in the post-harvest processing of rice aimed at rice production. This research aimed to analyze strategies for business growth and ascertain the strategic focal points at the X rice milling enterprise in Bunga Raya District, Siak Regency through the application of SWOT and QSPM. An analysis of data involved the identification of both internal and external factors affecting the company, compiled alternative strategies with the SWOT matrix and determining strategic priorities using the QSPM matrix. The findings revealed the presence of seven alternative strategies derived from the SWOT matrix, including the increase production capacity, maximize product distribution, improve production equipment and machinery by utilizing technological development, improve the quality of the products produced, maintain the quality and quality of raw materials, establish partners with farmers and rice distributors, and improve the company's management system. According to the outcomes of the QSPM analysis, the first strategy in advancing the X rice milling business development strategy is to improve the quality of the products produced this first priority has TAS value of 5,080. The second priority is establishing partners with farmers and rice distributors with a TAS value of 5,009, the third priority strategy is maintaining the quality and quality of raw materials with a TAS value of 4,906.
