Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Metode Tozer Pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Bengkalis

The Central Bureau of Statistics of Bengkalis Regency is a non-ministerial government agency that is directly responsible to the President for collecting, processing and disseminating statistical data. The BPS of Bengkalis Regency already has an information system in carrying out is business processes, but this in considered less than optimal because it does not cover all business processes. To improve the efficiency of data collection and processing, the BPS needs to adopt new technology and optimize existing information systems. This research use Tozer method to produce effective and efficient information system strategic planning by identifying external and internal factor of the BPS, analyzing relevant strategies and providing solutions in accordance with the Central Bureau of Statistics development needs. The results of this research are in the form of information system recommendations based on the four categories of the Mc Farlan Strategic Grid. Implementation will be prioritized for strategic website information systems and continued with key operational mobile applications. The next implementation is a high potential application such as Social Media, Big Data and Mobile Application, and the last implementation is SIMPEG application with support category.
