Pengaruh Soft Skill, Efikasi Diri Dan Perencanaan Karir Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Fresh Graduate Prodi S1 Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau Tahun 2024
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to determine the effect of soft skills, self-efficacy
and career planning on the work readiness of fresh graduates of the S1
Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University
in 2024. The population in this study were 159 fresh graduates who wanted to have
a professional career after graduation, consisting of 4 batches, namely the Class of
2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 who graduated from January to July 2024. The number
of samples in this study was determined by the Taro Yamane formula with a 5%
margin of error, so that the number of samples in this study was 114 fresh
graduates. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis
with the help of the SPSS Version 23 program. The results showed that there was a
positive and significant influence between soft skills and work readiness. There is a
positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and work readiness. There
is a positive and significant influence between career planning and work readiness.
There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between soft skills, selfefficacy
and career planning on work readiness.
