ABSTRACT
Projects generally have a deadline, meaning that the project must be completed
before or on time. The road improvement work on the Batang Samo Street – Muara
Rumbai intersection, Rokan Hulu District experienced delays due to limited
equipment for earth excavation work. This resulted in the 6th weeks of work still
being 2.024%, the project should have been completed around 6.062%, meaning
the total deviation is 4.038%, where a deviation below 10% can be said to be in
reasonable condition. After evaluating the Time Schdule using Network Planning,
by adding overtime hours to work that is included in the critical path, there is an
effect on the project completion time, which was originally 128 calendar days to
114 calendar days, so it can be accelerated by 14 days.
