ABSTRACT
Biomass is a renewable fuel and generally comes from living things (non-fossil) in which energy is stored. In theory, Indonesia's biomass energy potential is estimated at around 49,810 MW. This figure is assumed on the basis of the energy content of the annual production of about 200 million tonnes of biomass from agricultural, forestry, plantation and municipal solid waste residues. The furnace is a place / container that can be heated with fuel or electricity and used to burn raw materials to be processed. The Biomass Stove consists of several main components, namely the fire caliper, the combustion box, and the fire caliper cover. slide cover hinges, furnace mounts. Clear burnt residue and cover the air muffler. This stove has a diameter of 140 mm, the volume of the box is 7800 cm³. This stove cooks 1 liter of water in 3 minutes 22 seconds and uses easily available fuel because it uses biomass fuel (twigs, dry leaves, dry wood, coconut shell). This biomass stove works the same as a traditional stove stove in general. However, this biomass ko owner has advantages such as easy to carry, easy to operate and has a large fire.
