ABSTRACT
This study was to determine how the influence of the factors that influence
the frame industry in Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. The theory used
in this study is a theory related to demand factors, namely Theory of Demand. The
approach method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative
approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data.
Where primary data is obtained directly from respondents through interviews,
questionnaires, documentation. While secondary data is obtained through
government agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency of Kampar Regency.
The number of population and samples in this study was 67. The data collection
technique used in this study was field research, namely direct research on the
frame industry in Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. Data was collected
by means of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in
this study was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 24.0 program
facilities. The results of data analysis show that the value of R^2 is 0.802, which
means that demand as a related variable can be explained by the variables of
price, consumer income and tastes of 80.2%, while the remaining 19.8% is
influenced by other variables not included in this study. t count 5.775 is greater
than the t-table value of 2,000 and significant level, it can be said that income has
an effect and is significant on the demand for frames in Perhentian Raja District.
