Validitas Dan Reliabilitas Butir Soal Berbasis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Pada Materi Listrik Dinamis

The purpose of this research was to develop questions based on critical thinking skills in dynamic electricity material and to determine the feasibility of the questions that had been developed in terms of validity and reliability aspects. The questions developed in this study refer to six indicators of critical thinking based on Facione's opinion. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) with the 4D research model by Thiagarajan. The trial sample in this study was 24 students. From the test results it is known that the questions developed are declared valid and reliable. The validity test consists of internal validity and external validity. The internal validity test is carried out by the validator with the results of the validity test being in a very valid category and suitable for use with prior revision requirements. Meanwhile, the external validity test was carried out by means of a limited scope trial on students. The result was that 12 out of 24 questions were declared valid. The reliability test obtained a result of 0,66 so that the item was declared reliable and the level of reliability was in the high category.
