ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the net income of oil palm smallholders in the self-help pattern and analyze the level of efficiency of oil palm farming in Sungai Aur Village, Batang Peranap District. This research was conducted in Sungai Aur Village, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research was conducted from the beginning of March to the end of July 2022. The method used in this study is the survey method. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis which includes revenue analysis, cost analysis, and marketing efficiency analysis. The results showed that the net income of smallholders received by independent oil palm farmers was Rp.20.682.882,17/Ha/Year. As for the overall costs incurred by independent oil palm smallholders, it is Rp.8.342.178,13/Ha/ Year. Meanwhile, the R/C ratio in oil palm farming is 3.47, which means that oil palm farming is said to be efficient.
