Pengaruh Governance, Risk And Compliance (Grc) Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Bank Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2020)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of governance, risk, and compliance variables on financial performance simultaneously and partially.
The population in this study is banking subsector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2018-2020, with a total of 46 companies. The selection of samples in this study used the purposive sampling method. The sample selected in this study is 38 companies based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
The coefficient of determination (R2) value is 0,486. The results showed that governance, risk, and compliance variables simultaneously do not affect financial performance with an F count (0,0029) < F table (2,687).
