Analisis Kandungan Bahan Organik Sedimen Di Perairan Pantai Padang Dan Pariaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Abstract
This research was conducted in August 2022 in the coastal waters of Padang
and Pariaman, West Sumatera Province and continued with an analysis of the
organic matter content of the sediments at the Marine Chemistry Laboratory,
Department of Marine Science, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, University of
Riau. The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of organic sediment
material and distribution sediments found in the coastal waters of Padang and
Pariaman Province, West Sumatera. This research method is a survey method. The
location of the location of the sampling point is by purposive sampling. Each station
has 3 sampling points. The results of the calculation of sediment organic matter
ranged from 2.16 to 15.48%. The results of the Test of Homogeneity of Variances
show p = 0.90 (> 0.05) so the ANOVA test is valid (homogeneous). The ANOVA
