Writing this final assignment about planning and calculating budget plans (RAB) aims to plan buildings and calculate cost budget plans for constructing a building. Data collection was carried out by conducting a literature study of manuals and documents related to building planning. Apart from that, data collection was also carried out directly in the field to collect data on land conditions, locations and conduct surveys of building material prices and wages around the construction site. Building planning was carried out using AutoCad 2021 software for 2D drawings. Based on the planned space requirements, the area obtained in the 2-story dealer building on Jalan Ratu Sima, Dumai City with a total building: 480 m2. Based on the calculation results, the planned cost is IDR 1,218,861,993.70 (One Billion Two Hundred Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Sixty One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Rupiah), with a price per m2 of building of IDR 2,539,295.82 / m2 (Two Million Five Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Five Rupiah).
