Analisis Tingkat Bahaya Erosi Di Daerah Aliran Sungai (Das) Batang Kuranji Berdasarkan Metode Usle Dan Musle
As time goes by, population growth is increased rapidly in the Batang Kuranji Watershed area, followed by the need for natural resources and high land use which has an impact on land conversion or changes in land use, resulting in the potential for land erosion in the watershed area. Therefore, research was carried out to determine the rate of erosion and the level of erosion hazard that occurs using the USLE and MUSLE erosion prediction models and using GIS applications to predict the parameters of the USLE and MUSLE prediction models. Based on the analysis results, the erosion value obtained in the USLE model is 866,24 tons/ha/year and MUSLE is 161,19 tons/ha/year, and the results of the erosion hazard level analysis obtained based on the USLE model are dominated by the moderate erosion class which is classified as class 3 with an area of 12,967.87 ha. (61.55%) and in the MUSLE model the light erosion class is dominated by class 2 with an area of 12,577.84 ha (59.70%).
