Profil Kasus Perempuan Korban Kekerasan Seksual Tanpa Kehamilan Periode 2019-2023 Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru
Sexual violence refers to any act of assault focused on an individual’s sexuality that can cause suffering for the victim, such as genital trauma, unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and even death. This study aims to identify the profile of cases involving womenvictims of sexual violence without pregnancy during the 2019-2023 period at Bhayangkara Hospital of Pekanbaru. This research employed a retrospective descriptive design by reviewing medical record data of women victims of sexual violence without pregnancy during the 2019–2023 period at Bhayangkara Hospital of Pekanbaru. The collected data were then analyzed univariately. A total of 630 cases of female victims of sexual violence without pregnancy were identified, with the highest age range being 0-18 years, accounting for 538 cases (85,4%). The occupation profile of most victims was students, with 463 cases (73,5%). The majority of victim-perpetrator relationship distribution was acquaintances without blood relations, totaling 545 cases (86,5%). Regarding the genital profile of the victims including the labia majora, the hymen integrity profile, and the hymen condition, the majority findings respectively showed no injuries (91,9%), no injuries (84,6%), partial and complete hymenal tears (42,2%), and old tears (59,5%).
