Besides that, absorption budget measured as part from IPKD for see the impact to perfor-mance finance area
Study This use approach quantitative with secondary data obtained from re-port finance government area. Purposive sampling method is used For elect 10 dis-tricts and 2 cities in Riau Province. Results study show that size government area, age administration, differentiation functional and ratio independence finance And PAD effectiveness has an effect significant. Absorption budget Also influential posi-tive to performance finance area.
