This study aims to analyze the implementation of family functions in working mothers at PT Alam Permata Riau Perawang. The phenomenon of increasing working housewives presents challenges in balancing domestic and public roles, which can affect the implementation of family functions such as religious, social, educational, economic, and affection functions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of five mothers working in the company with various educational backgrounds and work experiences. The results showed that despite time and energy challenges, most mothers were able to carry out family functions well, especially through time management and the help of family members. Support from the company in the form of family-friendly work policies was also an important factor in the mothers' success in carrying out their dual roles. This study provides insight into the importance of social and institutional support in supporting working mothers to maintain a balance between work and family.
