Pengaruh Employee Retention Dan Turnover Intention Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Rohul Sawit Industri
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of employee retention and turnover
intention on employee performance in PT Rohul Sawit Industri. The population in
this study were all employees of PT. Rohul Sawit Industri, numbering 153 people.
The sampling technique used in this research was Simple Random Sampling using
the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 5%. So the number of samples used
was 111 respondents. The data analysis method in this research uses the
Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method
with SmartPLS version 4.1 software. The research results show that Employee
Retention has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Rohul Sawit
Industri, Turnover Intention has a significant effect on Employee Performance at
PT. Rohul Sawit Industri and Employee Retention and Turnover Intention have a
significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Rohul Sawit Industri.
