Program Bantuan Lansung Tunai (BLT) Pada Keluarga/Rumah Tangga Miskin Di Kecamatan Pangean Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research was taken place at Pangean sub district Kuantan Singingi
Regency with title is “Prgoram of BLT to Indigent Family/Household at Pangean sub
District Kuantan Singingi Regency”.
Program of BLT to indigent family/household were some particular cash fund
for them, to alleviate their burden lives and helping them to satisfy they necessity day
by day. The puposes of implementations of BLT was to help indigent civilizations so
that they could satisfy their basic necessity, prevented declining welfare of indigent
community satisfying their economics necessity, therefore, the target was indigent
family/household.
In this study the basic formulation of the problem was how the
implementation of direct fund to indigent family/household at pangean sub district
kuantan singingi regency. The aim was to recognize implementations of BLT at
Pangean sub district Kuantan Singingi and constraints that influence it. This study
using qualitative method by data analyzing decriptively analysis.
Data collections technically using interview, and observations, data resource
that use is primary data resource that received from document/ data that quoted from
any resources that is study locations, and regarded necessary study result.
Implementations of this research needed an information that is information’s
through BLT implementations, that mean from BPS, subdisrict head/ of Pangean/
head secretary of Pangean sub district/ treasurer of Pangean subdistrict head, and also
steps of BLT implementations that covered socialization.
Data collection, stipulation of BBM card compensation and funding thaw influenced
by socialization constraints, inaccurately of data collection target, implementation and
technical guidancde about the BLT program at Kuantan Singingi Regency.
