Studi Parameter Lingkungan Perairan Terhadap Hasil Tangkapan Gill Net Di Perairan Desa Jago-Jago Kecamatan Badiri Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Rovinsi Sumatera Utara
Purpose of this study is to know the relationship between fishing catches of gill net with physic and chemistry fishing ground parameters. The physic and chemistry fishing ground data expected its can be an information and consideration for gill net fishing activities. The survey activities were carried out on August, 1st to 10th 2012 at Jago-jago village waters, Badiri district, Tapanuli Tengah regency, Sumatera Utara province. The data was analyzed by multiple linier regressions. The result shows that the ranges of current velocity were 0.43-0.58 m/s, 0.53-0.67 m/s, 0.58-0.68 m/s at station I, II and III respectively. The water temperature was 28.70-31.00○C at Station I, 30.40-31.60○C at Station II and 30.40-33.80○C at Station III. The clearness of water was 3.60-5.40 cm at station I, 5.10-.5.60 cm at station II and 5.30-.5.80 cm at station III. The dissolved oxygen was 5.00-6.70 mg/lion I, 5.80-6.80 mg/l at station II, and 6.10-6.60 mg/l at station III. The salinity was 30.90-33.70 ppt at station I, 33.70-33.70 ppt at station II, and 30.60-32.80 ppt at station III and power of hydrogen (pH) level was 8 at each station. The water parameter orders on the fishing catches at each station were temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, clearness of water and current velocity at station I; Temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, clearness of water, and current velocity at station II; and temperature, dissolved oxygen, clearness of water, salinity, and current velocity at station III
Keywords: current velocity, clearness of water, dissolved oxygen, fishing ground parameters, Jago-jago village, salinity, temperature.
