Pelaksanaan Pemberian Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Putri Midai Kabupaten Kampar

This research was conducted at PT. PRINCESS MIDAI-Riau Kampar Regency, The purpose of this study is:
a. To determine and analyze the implementation of motivation on PT. PRINCESS MIDAI.
b. To know the employee morale at PT. PRINCESS MIDAI
As a step to strengthen the research process, the author uses the theory Manullang (2001:78) about some motivational ways to boost employee morale is both material and non-material as a theoretical framework. The research method used is a census technique, in which all employees are to be sampled in this study, as many as 22 respondents.
Based on this research, it is known that the motivation efforts of the company PT. PRINCESS MIDAI in improving employee morale, including quite good, this can be seen from the following data:
1. Motivation
Forms of motivation given by companies to employees is quite good because of the motivation that do, there are 3 (three) indicator of motivation given a good response by the respondents that the provision of incentives, spiritual needs and providing participation opportunities given by the well PT. PRINCESS MIDAI, while the placement of employees in the right place and providing the opportunity to advance the company does poorly, and the provision of salary or wages, spiritual needs and providing a sense of security in the future has been done quite well by the company.
2. Employee Morale
If viewed from employee morale by respondents recapitulation of employee morale, it can be seen that employee morale is quite good, is evident from the three (3) indicators of morale of existing employees, that the work, attendance levels, and the level of strike , the average employee never go on strike in expressing their aspirations, they are pretty good attendance rate is about 20-23 working days each month, as well as the employee's performance is quite good, with very few employees who made a mistake in completing his work
