Gambaran Citra Tubuh dan Aktivitas Fisik Pada Siswi SMP Al-UlUM Pekanbaru

Adolescence is a stage of development that characteristed as ‘strom and stress’,
the stage of adolescence which is very affected by circumstances of heart and a teen
cannot be trusted. Issues that regarding image of body that occurs in adolescence will be
continue until adult. This research is a descriptive investigation that goals for knowing
the image of body’s picture and body activities of student SMP AL-ULUM PekanBaru. This
investigation population is female students of VII, VIII, IX grade of SMP AL-ULUM
PekanBaru with sample of research totals in 56 students that surely with sampling of
total method. Data collecting been done when March 9th until March 10th 2015
throught cuesioneer that directly filled by student and tall metering and weight body of
respondences. This research uses cuesioneer BODY SHAPE QUESTIONNAIRE which been
collected of result that the most respondences aren’t satisfy numbering 31 people
(55,36%). Meanwhile, for nutrient status which most collected is normal with number of
30 people (53,58%) and body activities use cuesioneer GPAQ, gotten the most
respondence is the low body activities that number 31 pople (55,36%).
