Expansion areas in Riau Province which is now made up into 12
districts / cities, the main design to preparation for a province would have an
impact or change in this area which was originally located under the area
Bengkalis. Would be a problem if it turns granting autonomous status to the
new region (Meranti Islands District) was not followed by improvements in the
implementation of public service to the community, or even lead to increased
prosperity in Meranti Islands District. Through this research study about how
the performance of public services organized by the Board of Investment and
Integrated Licensing Services Bandung City (BPMPPT) Meranti Islands
District and the factors that influence the performance of public services in the
Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Bandung City
(BPMPPT) Meranti Islands District.
In this study, the populiasi well as informants are as many as 20
respondents. In accordance with the intent and purpose of the study, then the
election of the respondent / informant used purposive sampling technique. In
this technique, the informant deliberately chosen by the researchers based on
logical thinking and according to the information sought and the relevance of
the research topic.
The results of that study. Related to the quality of public services in the
Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Bandung City
(BPMPPT) Meranti Islands District can be said is good enough, and directly
or indirectly affect the improvement of public welfare. Furthermore, with
regard to organizational structure and personnel capabilities in BPMPPT
Meranti Islands District sudahcukup good, but should be increased again. In
terms of the service system in the Investment Board and Integrated Licensing
Services Bandung City (BPMPPT) Meranti Islands District shall be enhanced
still further, because as a public service agency must consider society as a
beneficiary of service
