Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Inspektorat Provinsi Riau

Delays in the drafting of LHP ( Investigation Reports ) and other problems which occurred in Riau Inspectorate is a condition that does not reflect governance of good government, this research aims to find a solution of this problem that is by using of variable culture of bureaucracy, culture of innovation and culture of supportive as dependent variable, while for independent variables using the employee performance as its size.
The determination of the sample done with census method or by making entire population as a source of data the population of a number of 96 people. The data used is primary data obtained from the answer of respondents by using a questionnaire. The testing of hypotheses using method of statistical regression analysis by wearing double the level of trust (α) 5 %.
The results of research shows that the culture of bureaucracy with the positive influence of the regression coefficient 44.6 % , the culture of innovative shows a positive influence with the value of about 20 percent of the regression coefficient. And culture of supportive also have a positive influence on the employee performance with the value of Riau Inspectorate 7.7 percent of the regression coefficient.
