Background problem in this study is based on the lack of science learning outcomes Elementary School fourth grade students Sedinginan 001 , caused by the applied learning strategies teachers are less precise . The action taken is the implementation of Direct Learning Model . This study aims to improve science learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade Elementary School 001 Sedinginan school year 2013/2014 through the Direct Application of Learning Model . This research was conducted in April 2014. Subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 001 Sedinginan numbering 23 people . This thesis presents the student achievement test used to measure student learning outcomes are seen from the first daily test on the first cycle and the second daily test on the second cycle , the data in the first cycle with an average of 64.56 and a second cycle with an average of 77 , 60 so an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 13.04 . While the percentage of student learning outcomes is complete perindividu obtained from daily tests I have increased , on the basis of scores of students who achieve an average of 17.39 % ( the category of very less ) while the first UH students who achieve an average of 52.17 % ( category less ) . From the base score to UH I had increased by 34.78 % , and in the second cycle to the average percentage of students of 86.95 % ( excellent category ) of the first cycle to the second kesiklus increased by 34.78 % . The average ability of teachers to foster the learning process with the action on the first cycle is 75 % and 90 % in the second cycle . While the average student learning activities during the learning process takes place in the first cycle is 70 % and the second cycle an average of 85 % of students ' learning activities . From the above results it is known that application of Direct Learning Model to improve science learning outcomes Elementary School fourth grade students 001 Sedinginan school year 2013/2014 .
