The role of livestock and fishery sector is very important and expected to be the leading sectors of the economy Riau. Capable of providing employment and sources of income, sources of industrial raw materials, food ingredient suppliers. This study aims to analyze the role of livestock and fisheries sector to the economy of Riau Province through input-output model approach. The data used in this research is the data input-output table Riau Province in 2012 with 18 x 18 sector classification derived from the Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) Riau Province. The analysis is the analysis of input-output consists of a structure, multiplier analysis, linkage analysis, and analysis of deployment. The analysis showed that the structure of the economy livestock and fisheries sector in Riau Province in terms of the output is driven by consumption components. Input structure of the livestock sector and fisheries driven by Producer surplus. Value of output multiplier livestock and fisheries sector is the largest fresh milk sector. Value multiplier is the largest revenue other sectors of animal care outcomes. Fresh milk sector is the largest sector multiplier value of labor and backward linkages. Value is the largest forward linkages livestock sector and its results. Based on IDP and IDK, livestock and fisheries sector has not been able to become the leading sectors (leading sector) in Riau Province. The livestock sector is in quadrant II. The fisheries sector is in quadrant IV. Policy implications that should be taken are to encourage and Touch ups upstream and downstream industries. Keywords: Multiplier, linkage, leading sector.
