Hubungan Beban Kerja, Motivasi Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Serta Pengembangan Strategi Pada Pegawai Badan Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru
The aims of this research was to determine the relationship of the workload, motivation and career development to work achievement as well as the development of strategies in Badan Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees. Employees of Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru amounted to 35 persons. Data collection tool used in this research is descriptive, observation, interviews, and question. The data collected is processed by Spearman correlation using SPSS program version 20 and AHP (Analytical Hirrarcy Process) using the expert program choice. The results showed a relation workload, motivation and career development towards work achievement as well as the development of strategies in Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru. The Results showed correlation workload very strong influence on work achievement, while strong influence on achievement motivation and career development is quite strong influence on work achievemen but not significant. Furthermore, the results of AHP analysis shows the educational background on the workload may increase performance. The organization should be attention affect factor work employment achievement with give process good workload suitable to experience that have how increase employees motivate in job and also attention career ladder to employee according to competency that have to give optimal result also get improve work employment achievement.
