SEPTIAN WAHYUDI, nim. 1410245208, Influence of Perception of Client And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) To Loyality of Client of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Pekanbaru, guided by seno andri and kasmiruddin. perception of Consumer of vital importance his/its role for marketing in the effort forming correct perception in order to the consumer have same impression with expecting of, this matter will give positive impact to company so that create loyalitas from customer/client itself, customer relationship management (crm) represent one of approach of business being based on management of relation/link or relationship with cutomer/client, loyality means consumer return and back again to do/conduct business transaction ( buy), This research is done/conducted in region of pekanbaru with object of research is bank Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Pekanbaru. target of this Research is done/conducted to know influence of perception of client and customer relationship management (crm).
In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used in this research is client of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Pekanbaru. To determine sample use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Technics of data collecting through, observation and kuesioner.
From result analyse data that contribution of variable of perception and CRM to loyalitas of client with f value of[is tables of ( F count= 93,955 > F tables of = 3,089 ) with contribution of coefficient determinasi ( R2) of equal to 66% with remains 44 , contribution of perception by parsial is signifikan from T tables of ( T count 3,771 > T tables of 1,984) by determinate parsial (R2) while variable of CRM parsial signifikansi with value of T of is tables of (T count 6,849 > T tables of 1,984).
