Estimation planning cost is a plan of the building that will be made to determine the budget are used as guidelines in the implementation of construction. The purpose of the research is to be able to create an image of a residential house consisting of 2 floors and calculate the cost budget. Inside the estimation planning cost also has a several sections, that is: Bestek, Bestek Picture, and Work Unit. The basic formula of the estimation planning cost = Σ (work volume x unit price). The results were obtained that the cost to build a residence house is Rp. 348,000,000.00 with an area of 90 m2 and the price by m2 Rp. 3,866,700.00.
