Used cooking oil is cooking oil that has been used repeatedly. The purpose of this research is to design and create a wheelbase furnace stove fuel mix used cooking oil and diesel, characterize of used cooking oil, and determines the performance of a stove designed based on the volume ratio mixture of used cooking oil and diesel. The research method is done by phase: design and manufacture of stoves, characterization of used cooking oil, fuel performance testing, and analysis of fuel. Characteristics of used cooking oil obtained by the density of 895 kg/m3, viscousity of 50,5x10-6, calorific value of 41,35 MJ/kg, moisture content of 0,6% and the flash point of 250°C. Based on the research design of the stove furnace wheelbase D3 Chemical Engineering University of Riau are advised to use a fuel mixture of used cooking oil with diesel at misbah 1 : 9, 2 : 8, and 3 : 7
