Analisis Sikap Konsumen Terhadap Smartphone Merek Oppo Di Kota Pekanbaru
Oppo is smartphone from Cina with high quality concept. But,The product made in Cina usually with low end concept and low price. All this time, consumer attitude about product made in cina is negative. From that, the result to show the consumer attitudes toward smartphone Oppo.
This study uses descriptive analysis. The population used in this study were The people using smartphone Oppoin Pekanbaru. With a sample as many as 100 people. The data was processed using Fishbein’s multi-attribute attitude models.
The results show that, consumer attitudes to smartphone oppo is good/ positive with score 152 at position 4, the mean good. The dominant attribute and have high score belief and evaluation is camera. The second is Desain and battery.
