Pengaruh Komitmen Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karyawan Pt Fetty Mina Jaya Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of commitment and leadership of the Organization Citizenship Behavior through Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Fetty Mina Jaya Pekanbaru. The study population is all employees at PT Fetty Mina Jaya Pekanbaru totaling 127 people. sampling totaling 99 employees are done with Formula Slovin. This study used survey method. Hypothesis testing using a model of path analysis (path analysis).
From the results obtained the following conclusions: 1) organizational commitment directly impact positively and significantly on employee job satisfaction PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Peekanbaru. 2) Leadership direct effect positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Pekanbaru. 3) Job satisfaction directly impact positively and significantly to the Organization Citizenship Behavior PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Pekanbaru. 4) Commitment to the organization directly affects positively and significantly on employee job satisfaction of employees of PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Pekanbaru. 5) Leadership direct effect positive and significant impact on job satisfaction PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Pekanbaru. 6) Commitment direct impact positively and significantly to the Organization Citizenship Behavior PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Pekanbaru. 7) Leadership direct impact positively and significantly to the Organization Citizenship Behavior PT. Fetty Mina Jaya in Pekanbaru.
