Pengaruh Pengembangan Karyawan, Pengawasan Dan Sikap Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Customer Service Pada Pt. Telkomsel Di Pekanbaru
The study was conducted at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. Aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial, Development, Monitoring and Work Attitude to Work Productivity Customer Service in PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. There are four variables: the dependent variable is work productivity and the three independent variables, Development, Supervision and Work Attitude. The study was conducted using a sample of 62 people. Research using test equipment and multiple linear regression analysis using sampling techniques with census method by giving questionnaires to respondents.
The analysis showed that the variables of Development, Monitoring and Work Attitude jointly affect the Work Productivity Customer Service at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. The influence in partial, Development, Monitoring and Work Attitude to Work Productivity Customer Service at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. The low productivity of labor which is owned by the employees so this should be a major concern for the leadership and management of PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. This can be overcome by coordinating all the work that is well to employees, the division of labor, duties and responsibilities are clear to employees, exemplifies a good thing for employees, clear communication with employees, facilitate the flow of information to employees to management , the division of labor in accordance with the ability of employees, and to supervise the course of discipline within the company so that the employee's productivity can be increased.
