This research was conductedin Pasar Ujung Batu to know the value of willingness to pay merchants to waste management and analyze income, education and ownership status stall that affect the value of willingness to pay. In this study took a sample of 64 respondents merchants in Pasar Ujung Batu. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Quantitative analysis was performed by using a multiple linear regression equationto the data collectedin the form of figures tabulated in tables and then discussed with descriptive method.
Based on calculations, the total value of willingness to pay merchants with the method of Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) of Rp46,107,648, -per year. The results showed that income had an influence on the willingnessto pay .Education has an influence on the willingness to pay. However, the ownership status stall has no influence on the willingness to pay. This is because the distibution of the owner status unequa. As well the ownership status of his stall merchant who rent feel if hygiene market management responsisibilities.
