This study aims to analyze the influence of the local finance supervision, accountability, transparency in the finance management and the quality of human resources on the performance of the Local Government in Dumai city. The technique used is the sample of purposive sampling, the respondents in this study is the secretary of the working units of device area, head of sub-division of general and treasurer unit. The sample used in this study as much as 99 respondents. Statistical methods are used to test hypothesis of the research is the analysis of multiple linier regression using the software spss version 22.0. The result of this study indicate that the variable are the local finance supervision variables affect the performance of local government with a regression coefficient of 0,404 and 0,029 significant value (alpha
