Pengaruh Komunikasi, Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Melalui Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) P3b Sumatera Di Pekanbaru

This research in conducting at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatra. With aim to to see influence of communications, and conflict work to effectiveness work and spirit of work as variable of intervening at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera. Population in this research is all employees at PT. PLN (Regional Persero) P3B Sumatera, that is 144 people. Hence writer specify the amount of sampel that is by using census method. So that, sampel which is used in this research is counted 144 and data processing use doubled linear regression method with program of SPSS 18.
Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been conducted at previous chapter, hence at this shares can be taken by some conclusion, that is: communications have an effect on positive and signifikan to spirit of work at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera, conflict of work have an effect on positive and signifikan to spirit of work at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera, communications have an effect on positive but do not signifikan to effectiveness of work at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera, conflict of work have an effect on positive and signifikan to effectiveness of work at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera, Spirit of work have an effect on positive and signifikan to effectiveness of work at PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera, communications have an effect on positive and signifikan to effectiveness of work to pass the spirit of work in PT. PLN (Regional Persero) of Sumatra, Conflict have an effect on positive and signifikan to effectiveness work to through the spirit of employees job in PT. PLN (Regional Persero) of Sumatra
