KEBUAKAN EKONOMI PEMERINT AH INDONESIA DALAM MENGHADAPI KRISIS KEUANGAN GLOBAL (2007-2009)

The focus of this research is on the Indonesian government economic
policy in the crisis global financial (2007-2009) . the. purpose of this study is
explore for how a crisis that originated from the sub-going financial sector in the
United States could have a profound effict on the world economy. Indonesia as
one O'f the countries affected by the Cl'isis and issued several policies intended to
anticipate the crisis.
Methodologies applied is qualitative method with descriptive analysis. II
uses globalization. neoliberalism and the other from economics theory study
international economics such as Keynesian theory which can be used to explain
Indonesian policy to minimize the impact and protect the. global .financial crisis in
the domestic economics. The research shows that Indonesia government can not
let go of its function as a state institution shall attempt to provide better protection
to the public in politics and in economic. The role of govemmenJ in the era of
globalization is absolutely necessary. Without the government's role in the
regulation of public affairs, the law applicable in the midst of society is the law of
the jungle (social Darwinism).
