Analisis Nilai Produksi Industri Barang-Barang Dari Logam Bukan Aluminium Siap Pasang Untuk Bangunan Di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru

This research out in the district town Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. This study aimed to determine the effect of labor, raw materials, and investment to the value of production and the return to scale of production industrial goods from aluminum metal is not ready to put on the building in the district town Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. Data used is secondary data, obtained of Industry and Trade City Pekanbaru and Agency Statitics Center City Pekanbaru. This study using multiple linear regression analysis with Cobb-Douglass. The results of the analysis carried out labor, raw materials, and investment influence simultan toward production value with the value of Fcount at significant level 95% (α=5%) is 285,557 and the probality (prob) level is 0,000. Partial employment not effect on the value of production where the value of the labor, the raw material positive and significant inpact on the value of production where coefficient regresision of raw materials amounted to 0,547 with a probability (prob) level is 0,016, and investment positive in wich the regression coefficient of investment of 0,494 with a probability (prob) level is 0,008. Determination coefficient (R2) of 0,991 %, which means that the value of production is able to be explained by variable labor, raw materials, and an investment of 99,1 %, while 0,9 is influenced by other variable that are not addressed in this study. Analysis of business scale (return to scale) was 0,78 suggesting that the industrial goods of metal assembly kit for building in the district Payung Sekaki, Pekabaru is the scale of the city behind impair results (decreasing to return.)
