Implementasi Total Quality Management Melalui Organizational Practices Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Pada RSIA Eria Bunda, Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau
The research was conducted at the Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru in order to determine how the effects of implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) through Organizational Practices either simultaneously or partially in increasing employee motivation at the Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.
The variables in this study are: Leadership, Mission Statement, Effective Operating Procedures and Training and Development significantly affect the work motivation and the dominant factors influencing employee motivation is training and development. While the population in this study is 246 people, with a total sample of 71 respondents. Method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 20.
Simulltan regression test (f test) showed that the independent variables studied (Leadership, Mission Statement, Effective Operating Procedures and Training and Development) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Motivation). The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by four independent variables is jointly towards the dependent variable 83.7%, while the remaining 16.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Leadership, Mission Statement, Effective Operating Procedures and Training and Development) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Motivation). The dominant variable affecting employee motivation Maternal and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru is the training and development where the highest T value compared with other independent variables.
