Analisis Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) (Studi Kasus Di Kecamatan Siantan Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas)

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that affect the successful implementation of the allocation of village funds (ADD in the District of South Siantan, Anambas. The variables in this study is divided into two (2) are independent variables (independent) include Human Resources (X1), Commitment (X2), and Device Support Other (X3) and the dependent variable (dependent) is successful implementation of the Village Fund Allocation.
The population in this study were all apparatus and devices are directly involved and know about the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the District of South Siantan that as many as 86 people. The sampling technique used in this research was the census that records the entire population. Based on the census on the field, then the sample is 86 people.
The results showed that the Human Resources influence the success of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation, Commitment affect the success of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. However, Other Supporting device does not affect the success of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. Not influential Device Other Support caused still inadequate use of information technology through hardware and software that has an application program making the financial statements so often the various reports that have to be made to experience errors and delays to be submitted to the relevant parties.
