Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Sejahtera Dalam Penguatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Bungo Kecamatan Kampar Timur Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2014-2016

The purpose of this research is to understand and know the existence of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in strengthening the economy in Tanjung Bungo Village and to identify and identify the factors inhibiting the growth and development of Prosperous Village Enterprise in Tanjung Bungo Village.The research approach used in this research is qualitative approach. This research is located in Desa Tanjung Bungo Kampa Sub-district, Kampar District, Riau Province. Data needed in this study related to the existence of BUMDes in Strengthening the Economic Community of Tanjung Bungo Village, Kampa Sub-district, Kampar District, 2014-2016. Then newly processed by using descriptive method.Based on the result of the research, it is known that the Village Owned Enterprise has not been able to run optimally because the process of establishing the Village Owned Enterprise is not based on the established rules and added with the lack of capital owned by the Prosperous Village Owned Enterprise and the amount of bad debts made by member. Factors that hamper the growth and development of Prosperous Village Enterprises include (a) the limited knowledge of the board in understanding the meaning of leadership, managerial and governance of a Village Owned Enterprise with the lack of experience of a director in entrepreneurship to manage a business entity (b) Strong tradition tradition due to lack of solidarity, cooperation and mutual cooperation between villagers.
