Analisa Rancangan Generator Magnet Permanen Fluks Radial Kecepatan Rendah Berbasis Magnet 7.5
The permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is one of main wind
power generation component that can be developed. In this research, Magnet
Infolytica Trial Edition software based PMSG design is performed. The design is
made according to the following specifications i.e outer dimension of 200 mm and
a thickness of 47 mm and a permanent magnetic inset type rotor (IPM) using a
combination of 18 pole 16 slots, the design is modeled on the MagNet Infolytica
Trial Edition software. This generator has expected capacity 400 watt of power
and 450 rpm of speed. The next stage is model simulation referring to the
specifications mentioned earlier. The simulation results are then analyzed under
the following scenarios: a loadless load simulation and load simulation with R
load. The overall results analysis shows that the design can meet the pre-set
specifications. Generator with a loadless simulation generates a phase to phase
125.65 volts. In the mean time simulation test with load R shows 158.01 of yield
volt tension with 2.42 ampere of current. Generator has an efficiency of 83.13%.
A long with increasing rotational speed, it produces an even greater output
voltage, and flux density is remainly constant.
