Hubungan Kepuasan Pasien Hipertensi Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Di Puskesmas Airmolek Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Tahun 2017
Hypertension is one of the common causes of mortality and morbidity in Indonesia. Treating hypertension by controlling blood pressure is the common case management in many health care facilities. The aim of this research was evaluate the correlation between hypertensive patient’s satisfaction and their medication adherence at Puskesmas Airmolek, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The analytical correlation with cross sectional method was carried out to 72 hypertensive patients with purposive sampling which fulfilled the inclusion criteria in Puskesmas Airmolek. The data were collected using Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire 18 (PSQ-18) and medication adherence questionnaire. The data was analyzed by Spearman correlation test and the results were r=0.334, p=0.004 R=0,111. This means there was a significant positive relationship between hypertensive patient’s satisfaction and their medication adherence at Puskesmas Airmolek Indragiri Hulu Regency with weak correlation.
