Strategi Pembangunan Perikanan Budidaya Di Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of
fishery aquaculture development program, synergy development of
aquaculture fishery and the strategy of developing aquaculture culture in
Kampar regency. This research uses descriptive and qualitative analysis,
Analysis Hierarchies Process (AHP) and SWOT analysis.
The results showed that the implementation of the development of
aquaculture reached 55.89% of the realization of the budget of Rp 57.595
billion, with the total activity of 11 (eleven) activities / projects, the
synergetic analysis of the development of aquaculture in Kampar district,
the synergy of factors in supporting the fishery development caused by 3
(three) factors, land resource factor with contribution 50%, Economic
16.7% social 8.00%. while the synergy of stakeholders in the achievement
of fisheries development objectives due to the government 50.00%,
33.33% of society, private 16.7%. SWOT analysis indicates that Kampar
regency has some power to exploit the big opportunity, in the strategy of
developing aquaculture fishery in Kampar is in quadrant I (one)
government can utilize S-O (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy.
