Evaluasi Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Riau Menggunakan Pendekatan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone & McLean

ABSTRACT
Universitas Riau has one of goals of learning activities that manage academic information be delivered more effectively and efficiently to lecturers and students. Based on that, Universitas Riau using online media called Portal Academic. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the success of Portal Academic Universitas Riau implementation using DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model approach and SEM analysis that is the second generation of multivariate analysis technique, combining the measurement model (confirmatory factor analysis) with the structural model (regression analysis, path analysis). Sampling was taken by randomly distributed questionnaires to 100 students of Universitas Riau. Overall, the results of this study showed that the success rate of the academic information system of the Riau Universitas is significant with a value of 3,7051 from scale 1-5, that means academic information system of Universitas Riau has been well impremented. This study also proved that the information quality, system quality and service quality significantly have a positive effect toward user satisfaction and user satisfaction significantly has a positive effect on net benefit.
