Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Divisi Operasional Melalui Komitmen Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effect of competence and work discipline of employees on work performance through organizational commitment at PT. Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. The population in this study covers all employees of the operational division of 100 people.Primary data was collected by questionnaire as instrument to prove the result of research, to test the hypothesis in this study writer using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is census method (100 employees at PT Angrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru). The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence Competence on Organizational Commitment of Employees at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Organizational Commitment of Employees at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Commitment to employees Work Performance at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of Competence on employees Work Performance at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. 5) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Work Performance at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. 6) There is a positive and significant influence of Competence on Employee Work Performance through Organizational Commitment at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru. 7) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Work Performance through Organizational Commitment at PT.Anugrah Karya Aslindo Pekanbaru.
