Profil Kasus Kekerasan Seksual Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Selasih Kabupaten Pelalawan Periode 2011-2015

Sexual violence is one of the most growing forms of crime in society. Various sexual violence in terms of motives, nature, form, and mode of operation can happen to anyone and anytime. This makes sexual violence cases increase in number of incidents. This study aims to find out how the profile characteristics of sexual violence cases at Selasih General Hospital of Pelalawan District. The method used is descriptive retrospective by using Visum et Repertum (VeR) as the measuring instrument. The conclusion of this research is 76 cases of sexual violence with the highest number of victims are female (93.4%), age range 0-18 years (84.2%) and 55.3% of the victims are students. Most types of sexual violence cases are rape (55.3%). Hymen examination obtained 61.8% hymen is not intact. The most demand for VeR of sexual violence comes from the police sector Pelalawan.
