The Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is the estimated material cost, wage cost, and other enpenses required to erect a building. In this RAB also has several parts, among others: Image Bastek, Unit Work. In this final report, the authors designed a house with a building area of 186 m2 with construction assumed, as well as making work plans and technical terms of housing development. After calculation of RAB, hence got total cost of development equal to Rp. 989,799,000.00 on building area 186 m2 and price of m2 is Rp. Rp. 2.270.181.19. Keywords: RAB, Bestek
