Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan Outsoursing Pt Eka Mandiri Sejahtera Pekanbaru
PT Eka Mandiri Sejahtera as an outsourcing business company wishes to become a trusted partner as a labor distributor for various companies, especially in the city of Pekanbaru and Riau Province in general. The existence of complaints about the performance of the security workforce outsourced by PT Eka Mandiri Sejahtera from the partner companies shows that there are still problems with the performance of the security workforce being outsourced. This study aims to determine the effect of competency, employee commitment, and motivation on the performance of employees of the security workforce who are outsourced by PT Eka Mandiri Sejahtera both directly and by motivated motivation. The time of research starts from October 2018.
The object of this research is PT Eka Mandiri Sejahtera as an outsourcing business company. The population in this study were all employees of the security workforce who were outsourced by PT Eka Mandiri Sejahtera in all its partner companies in September 2018 totaling 905 people. The sampling method using the Slovin formula is 100 employees of security workers who are outsourced by PT Eka Mandiri Sejahtera in all partner companies. The data used are primary data through questionnaires. The research analysis tool used is Path Analysis using the Multiple Regression Analysis method.
The results showed that directly Competence, Employee Commitment, and Motivation had a significant influence on employee performance. While indirectly the Competence and Commitment of employees through Motivation has a significant influence on Employee Performance.
