ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of the board of directors, board of commissioners, audit committee and compliance with government regulations on the performance of Riau Province Regional-Owned Enterprises.The population in this study were 7 BUMD in Riau Province. Respondents in this study were the board of directors, board of commissioners and audit committee. The sample is determined by a saturated sample technique. The total respondents in this study were 47 respondents. The research data used are primary and secondary data. The method of data collection is done using questionnaires and financial statements. The data analysis technique used is using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the SmartPLS 3.0 M.3 approach. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, this study shows that (1) the board of directors influences financial performance with a t-count value of 4.656> t-table 1.96 and a significant level of 0.096 t-table 1.96 and a significant level of 0.098 t-table 1.96 and a significant level of 0.074
